No speet boat transfer available due to weather conditions for both ways. The weather was perfect, it was due to low number of guests... not very nice. Speet boad needs 1 hour. Instead we need to take the feery which took us 4 hours. I will never do that again. Such kind of hotel must ensure proper transportation.

I would never stay here again. The mosquito problem was unbearable. The outdoor space was useless because of mosquito problem. The front desk was the most incompetent I have ever encountered and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Phi Phi Island is a waste. If you want a luxury resort vacation, you will need to find a different island.

There is nothing around this hotel, which would justify the high prices they demand for the rooms, the restaurants, the spa services, and specially, for the transportation to and from Phuket airport!

we found our experience at Zeavola not the best. not only were the front desk staff not helpful, we were disgusted that twice a day the generators went down and no fridge, internet or air con was available. this was not told before hand. our generator went down from 2am until 5:30am in which we could not sleep due to the heat. our room and bathroom was infested with mosquitos. the food and beverage staff were lovely and efficient and many thanks to Simon who took good care of us. the front office staff were not helpful when it came to transfers and told us the sea plane was not working in which it was and in fact we had to walk up and organise with Phi Phi natural resort our transfers and they organised the sea plane for us.
the resort as a whole was nice but i definatley wouldnt classify it was small boutique hotel of the world. we did not have the best stay.

Zeavola is wonderful, especially the bungalow. I love this hotel so much. Hope we could go backsome day.

A very pleasant surprise. Over all an excellent resort on one of the most beautifull island. The staff was very curtious and helpfull always smiling. The rooms were big and spacious. I would definitely recommend tghis resort to anyne and everyone.. especially to honeymooners!!!!
