it is a very nice resort clean, lovely garden and two nice pools and no nois from the trafic or bars .the staff is good and lovely with children

Communication is bit difficult as English speaking staff is rare. Please be careful with the hotel lenin, if lost the hotel charges are 10 times the normal rate.

Front desk staff not friendly and helpful. Hotel policy not according to market situation. Would never go there anymore because of management and staff.

All the hotel staff were very friendly, The french bakery has excellent pastries and coffee and the most friendly personell, The room was cleaned nicely and proper including every days turn down service in the evening, Unfortunately, the breakfast had not my opinion, the coffee serviced at breakfast is not fresh and is standing long time in a cane and therefore it was bitter, Further, the quality of breakfast was not, I was expecting, where improvement is required, In general the Hotel is located at the end of an busy nightlife area and therefore good for relaxing, if I will go to Pattaya the next time, I will choose the same Hotel again.
