excellent return on investment! nice and big rooms (suite type). the swimming pool and the workout gym are excellent. we really enjoied our stay in the hotel. including the stuff personals and their profesional and polite treatment.

Grand deluxe room has a queen size bed to sleep for 2 people and when inform this to reception they were very rude and insisted that this is what you can only get. upon ckech-out request for 4.00p.m time was also not allowed and this is off season. will never stay in this hotel again. Will not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

das Auftreten des General Manager Mr. Akram war unter aller würde, arrogant und hochnäsig.
Das Zimmer welches wir gebucht haben, war in einem Nebengebäude, das von außen heruntergekommen, dreckig und alt aussah, das Bad im Zimmer war alt und teilweise eklig. Das Gebäude hatte nichts gemeinsames mit dem welches im Internet abgebildet ist, sonst hätten wir das Zimmer/Hotel auch niemals gebucht. Somit haben wir unsere Reservierung stornieren wollen, weil sowas Betrug ist. Aber weder ihre Agency noch das Hotel wollte hier etwas unternehmen, so dass wir mindestens eine 1 Nacht in diesem alten heruntergekommenen Nebengebäude des Hotels bleiben mussten, (wir hatten 5 Nächte reserviert). Fazit: das Hotel können wir absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Windsor Suites offered a lovely suite that was very suitable for my work and rest. The only complaint I have is the huge price for Internet usage. I found no convenient location outside the hotel so this delayed my work. I recommend a cheaper hourly fee and week fee, especially for those who would come to do work in Thailand. But the service was impeccable.

The room that is advertised as special on website is not what you get. We walked into room and found it dirty, old and in bad need of repair. Paint was chipping of ceiling, bathroom still had tinkle in toilet, safe did not work, mattress was well used and falling apart, etc.. I would not recommed staying at hotel unless you pay big bucks for new tower. Garden tower is old & should be torn down.
