it was a disgusting sight to see houseflies hovering all over the breakfast spread. frontline staffs were not very pro-active and helpful in answering our questions as well.

6 members of my family stayed in the hotel for 2 days. The hotel was newly built. The staff was superb. Very friendly and speak english. The location, cleanliness and the food was excellent. The hotel staff helped us to find taxies and reasonable rates. The rooms are very clean, neat and have all the things you want. Walking distance to shopping and other area. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Thank you Villa Panalee.
