Hotel to far from central Sukhumvit road.....also it is a one way street so taxi driver drop you at Bumrungrad hospital and you have to walk a few minutes...not convenient.

On our first night at the hotel we got so scared seeing a used condom filled with water lying on the floor of the elevator that we had to run going to our room.The AC was broken.It adjusts its temperature automatically & I was sweating like a pig the whole time I was asleep.The place was hard to find & when I tried calling the numbers provided there was no one answering the supposed to be telephone service or hotline.I will not consider booking in that place again.

I ENJOYED MY STAY VERY MUCH. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND THE INTERIOR WAS SIMPLY NICE. GOOD VALUE OF MONEY AS WELL.

That was the only available hotel on your site for that date but we found a much better hotel in Bangkok to stay. Unico standard room was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent, value for money, polite and helpful staff. About 5 mins walk to the open mkt and easy accessible to other part of city by cab.

Saw the hotel photos on the website, photos look great but the actual place looks horrible. The lobby is renovated, making it look like a 3-star hotel but the deluxe room looks horrible, dirty, dim without a decent window. The room feels like a 1-star inn room. Corridor is also dim, cramp(only allow a person to walk through a time), filthy! Totally deceiving!

Location is ok, entrance hall displazs more trhan the hotel can really hold. For 1-2 days its ok, for a longer stay i cannot recommend this place. the only staff really friendly are the massage ladies... other staff is terrible - not to say for asia (thailand - land of smile- not in this hotel!!! unacceptable! there was a construction work ongoing on the street, they not even bothered to excuse or find an alternbative solution - impossible to sleep until 5 in the morning!
