The Unico Leela is very well positioned, the staff is friendly and helpfull and the reception areas looks upmarket. The rooms are clean but small and a bit shabby. The carpets shown burnmarks, the furniture needs replacement and the airconditioner is noisy.

The hotel is noisy most of the night as result from prostitution related activity (not necessarily external from the hotel!!!) or clients using cellphone in the corridors at any time. Moreover the room are not as comfortable as they look on the website and there was no hot water! It is certainly not worth another stay.

Very nice and stylish hotel with a modern design. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself, only about the receptionists that were not smily at all and unhelpful (I mean the girls only because the boys were very kind). Those employees killed the atmosphere !

Hotel rooms were in poor condition. Airconditioning machines were very old. Service was extremely poor and staff had no clue about working in a hospitality industry with minimum level of warmth and responsiveness expected of them. To make matters worse, the hotel allows all kind of unscrupulous visitors who bring the women hired from the street to the hotel. Not at all recommended for families. Even in the category of a budget hotel, this hotel fairs poorly with awful services.

Fairly good hotel but it is a bit far from BTS station (Nana). There is not indicatrion in the web of the Hotel that it is more than 1km away from Nana Station. It is not a walking distance.
