Overall, the hotel was great. Friendly staff and beautiful grounds. The restaurant on the beach was good, and the beach itself was very nice and very quiet. If i had to pick any faults, make sure you place the "do not disturb" on the door if you do not want to be disturbed during the day, and beat the breakfast rush in the morning.

I was given the weblink of this Hotel by a friend when searching for a break in Phuket. I must be honest the weblink sold it to me almost immediately and the Hotel delivered and exceeded all expectations. The junior palm suite we stayed in, No.33, was fabulous, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the suite fixtures and fitting were first class and with an excellent location. The Hotel Spa was just out of this world and staff were great and knew their stuff. The whole experience was just a great pleasure. Highly Recommended.

TwinPalms is a wonderfull hotel. Nothing to say but excellent.
BUT: There are three construction sites surrounding the hotel. The noise during the day is to much! Bad that neither the hotel website nor asia web direct informs you about it!!!

Lovely hotel and staff but there was constant building work on either side of the hotel from 7am - 9pm - very noisy and disturbing.

The hotel was OK however the hotel is surrounded by construction which will go on until 2008 so it is not a hotel for peace and quiet. When the hotel is busy you will have trouble getting a sun lounge. A few things could be done better as far as communication to guests and in the rainy season assistance from the beach area to the hotel to avoid the slippery muddy walk form one to the other.

We had an excellent experience at the Twinpalms, and would suggest it to anyone traveling to Thailand.

The TwinPalms resort can only be described as paradise. I am an avid traveler, and I have stayed at many beach resorts. This was by far the best. The rooms were modern and clean, and inspired me to go home and re-decorate my entire house to reflect this style. The staff were very helpful, from booking day trips to helping us with transportation. Breakfast hours stretching to 11 was perfect, as I like to sleep in on my vacation.
Overall, I loved the resort, and will most definitely come back when I am in Phuket. Thanks again!
