This hotel clame to be a 5 star hotel. There was not arranged any pick up at the pier only this can make it a 4 star hotel. We where offered a welcome drink cupon where you can choose between 2 drinks. There was no refress hankercheef a wellcome or water. The room we rent was a delux which should be 56 m2 it was maybe 35 m2. The room was not cleaned and if you removed magasine you could clearly see by the dust where the magasine where. The breakfast was not 5 star and we did not see any people use the restaurent at all.
This hotel is overrated by its name and i would max give it 2 to 3 star.

Overall, great experience, including access to amenaties. Highly recommend for those seeking a quite and relaxing resort.

All in all the hotel was excellent, but the bathroom was rather fair and the ponds in the hotel area was not in a good condition. We also wat to say that the service at Twin Lotus was excellent!
