The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Free shuttle every 10 min. through the park from hotel to KLCC for shopping. The view from the pool bar alone is worth the stay. Room through Asia Web reservation was top-notch; one of the top floors with a premium view of the Petronas Towers.

the aircondition is not good . we request change room but all there have full , and we ask for extand one night the price cant be give the price that we book .

facilities excellent, service could be a bit more client reated for event reservations or information. Too much business, less customer orientated.

Internet reservation is more expensive than phone reservation. This is too bad.
If so why are you still activate the internet reservation service?
