Close to airport and clean are a plus but remote and difficult to find. Taxi driver called twice to track it down.

The hotel was new and nice enough. We were shocked to find our room not cleaned when we returned at the end of the day. We had to ask for additional toilet paper. We had called ahead and arranged for pickup at the airport but they failed to pick us up. Even though it is close to the airport, the cab driver had a hard time locating it. Once we were there the "driving service" the hotel offers is a complete rip-off. They wanted to charge us $20 to go into Bangkok and we were able to get a metered taxi into town for less than $10. They also told us that certain places like the Grand Palace were closed (they were not) in an attempt to sell us on one of their tours to other places. Very disappointing. Breakfast was kind of a joke, it was food but not much more than that. I suggest finding some place else unless you just want a quiet place for a night over in Bangkok with no desire to do anything else because where this hotel is there IS nothing else.
