The room deco and furnishings desperately need refurnishings and upgrading. The ambience was not right...we felt very cold and empty, unwelcoming upon entering our rooms. Only the location was good. For the price we paid, overall it was overpriced. We were especially annoyed with the service of the staffs at the terracotta restaurant that is not compassionate towards families with babies

John did an excellent job handling our request. When we arrive the booking details has already been faxed to the hotel and we are able to check in with our bed preference as well as our breadfast voucher. Asiaweb is fast and efficient online booking with the latestay really meet our needs.

This is really excellent value for money especially if you have your family with you. The location is really great with KLCC park next door and provides a million dollar view. Dont forget the nasi kandar shops nearby.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel staff were very polite & helpful. However, facilities such as variety of complimentary beverage, condition and types of towels, speed of the lift need to be improved.

The location is very Good, but because of lot of constructions there are some disturbances. It is highly recommended for families, particulary with chlidren. The breakfast is average, but they are charging extra for small children also. The staff is helpfull and also allowed to early check-in. Complete renovation of the hotel will attract more customers.

I was glad that my room was upgraded to the executive apartment. However, we felt a little uncomfortable with the toilet glass door.

The room is big and spacious. well-equipped and its really cosy! just walking distance to KLCC and convenient to take the train too! would definitely stay there again the next time!

The apartment was basic but fairly clean. Really appreciated the space and the convenient location. Only 5mins walk to KLCC.

for self drive, the hotel is just a left turn after the smart tunnel highway, however, the hotel entrance is kinda tricky to locate. nice enough location to get around town especially to klcc & twin towers. quite near to chinatown & theres a park, mosque & nasi kandar eating house witin walking distance.
