We stayed 6 days at the Twin Tower Hotels.
Plus points: Service was excellent, staffs were friendly and room was ok but a little dated.
Bad points: Location is pretty far away from National Stadium BTS (about 15 to 20 mins walk).
Overall, not a bad experience at all.

Very good value for money! Rooms were spacious, clean and confortable. Breakfast was excellent. Close to MBK shopping mall.

Lousy regulation. Only allow 3 people in a room when I book for 4 and they allow. Make me pay for extra bedding. Should have stated int he booking. I will definitely avoid this type of pitfall.

Hotel is walking distance to skytrain National Stadium station and thus makes it easy to travel to the shopping area. Also location near the highway makes it easy to make a dash to the airport, if needed. The swimming pool is refreshing. The massage is a bit gentle for tourist and traditional massage outside is more traditional and cheaper (2 hours outside for same price of 1 hour at hotel). Room is spacious and services is good.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly.Room is clean and air-con temperature can be adjust to your preference.Swimming pool is relative small for a hotel with 660 guest rooms. Good location;easy access to major tourist attractions and shopping centres. Taxi and Tuk-tuk are easily available.There is no doubt I will highly recommended to my friends. I will be back!!! (<-:)~

From the moment i stepped into the hotel with my 3 buddies, till the time we check-out, we have so much to rave about the hotel and are truly glad we booked this hotel. Service is first-class. Rooms are very huge and extremely clean and because we booked two rooms, we were given rooms opposite each other for convenience. Rooms were upgraded for us and even when we had ordered room service, food was excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly and we made really good friends with the bellboys who would advice us on places to visit and which ones were not really worth visiting. Will DEFINATELY be coming back to this hotel next march. Extremely value for money.

A bit far (about 10 mins drive) from shopping area like MBK. Nothing around hotel at night and have to travel out for dinner.
Water from shower is too small and the mixer tap for hot and cold water does not work well.
Carpet is dirty.

It good to have a basic introduction of the city or town (in short give a first timer a iternary that he could make could use eg. a sightseeing spot, how to go or how much he would pay, through your own link once he book a hotel through your web.)
