The hotel rooms were very nice but it was not to close to anything. Also becareful with your laundry. I turned it in to be cleaned the day prior to leaving, i was told no problim but did not get it back befor i left.

The hotel entrance looks grand. we stayed here 2 nights through asia web and planned to extent another night. we went to the reception and the receptionist told us the rate is 4350 THB while we are paying 1710 THB/night through the web. We were told by an European Cuople we can get a cheaper rate through a Netherland agent where we only pay 1500 THB. And the room given to us was better, bigger and cooler.

Great service. Staff helping us with the directions giving and allowing late check outs at 2pm if they can manage even though the bookings are rather tight. The staff helping us to flag cabs and making sure that we are aware of the estimated taxi fares certainly help to make sure that the taxis are not travelling extra distances.

i love the facilities and rooms...v.cofy n cosy. the staffs were friendly and helpful. they ugraded my room to an excutive when my original room were unavaliable at no additional costs. however, the tun off was they didnt gave mi a smoking room as requested 1 mth earlier.

Everything was good at the hotel but we were very sorry for our visit to the SPA, we went there and hoped to have a nice and relaxing time, but the girls who gave us massage, two in one room talked to each other most of the time and we was very irritated and feel sorry and angry instead of relaxt after the SPA
