It was horrible. the staffs were not friendly at all. when I ask for a spoon in the restaurant for my breakfast buffet, they ask me to get it myself when she had a tray of spoons with her. not only that, we requested for a late check out the previous day and they counter staff said ok ok and at the end when we return to our room at 1pm, we could not get in. when we ask the counter staff what happened, they said they needed to extend the card. then why did they not do it at the beginning when we mention bout the extension? It was indeed a bad experience with hotel staff having no intiatives and no passion in their job!

very impressed by the hotel. very grand surroundings and many things to look at...the girls singing and dancing for example. All staff so polite and helpful, could not do enough for us.

This an excellent hotel, everything was correct as per reservations. I checked in at 2:00 am and everyone was polite and my reservation was correct, on check out 8 days later at 3:00 am everthing was ready and check out was easy. The room was excellent and facilities at the hotel was excellent, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is easy taxie ride to major shopping centers and entertainment. One of my most enjoyable stays in SE Asia.
