Excellent service although the free breakfast is a little lacking in variety but hey, its free and its a boutique hotel, its totally acceptable. Convenient location, just 3 mins hotel tuk tuk ride to Lumpini MRT station or 5 mins ride to BTS Saleng Deng! You can just ride to Siam area via BTS in just 15 - 20 mins, dun forget to buy the SMART PASS for BTS, its discounted stored value card good for 5 years. The hotel may be boutique, its really cozy, quiet and there are 7-elevens, friend seafood or oyster omelette road side stall, pubs, a small italian restaurant and more within a min from the hotel, best of all, if you like to visit Babylon, its just 10 mins walk from there! Oh did I mention that the Suan Lum night bazzar is just opposite the main road from the hotel? Say, 5 mins ride from hotel tuk tuk and you have a night of bargain and shopping! The hotel may be a little hard to find when you arrive by cab but just get the driver to call the hotel when you get on at the airport, they will give clear instructions how to get there! The ride will only cost around 260 ~ 280 baht by meter, excluding the 2 toll fee ($25 + $40 baht). When ever you need to go out to play, just take the tuk tuk to the nearest BTS or MRT, its really convenient and avoid the traffic jams at certain time of the day. Then, when its time to go back to rest, you just take a cab from Salang Deng BTS to the hotel for a metered price of only $50 Baht, Bangkok provides the cheapest metered taxi fare in the world, so if your meter fare has digits hanging at the back, do round it off for them, its common. Have fun!

Great service and convenient location. Excellent value for price. Only problem was hot water which was inconsistent. It took a long time to heat up sometimes.

excellent hotel for value, good sized well equipped rooms, breakfast not up to western standards, but apart from that no complaints.

It would be much appreciated if completely free Wi-Fi could be provided in the guest rooms and more frequent Tuk-Tuk service could be provided. The DVD library could also be expanded with more DVDs.
