The Royale Bintang Hotel KL is a very well located hotel. It is just there but still not right in the middle. All the shopping malls are a 5 minute walk away. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past 3 years, however I do find that the services and amenities in the room are deteriorating a bit. The breakfast is fantastic though I do wish they also have a tariff without breakfast.

The hotel is excellent value for money and the location is excellent if you can stand being asked would you like a massage or something else about 20 times before you get to the hotel,none of that the hotels fault ,i have stayed in this hotel before and will again the rooms are bright and clean and well serviced plenty of shops and places to eat right on the doorstep

An exellent hotel with good facilities including a quiet pool area. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Hotel was a bit old and it can be cleaner. Carpets were old and there was slight moulding on the tiles in the shower. The room we had were broken into previously (as the door near the lock was bent and there was another metal placed onto the lock to fix it) and therefore the security latch could not be latched. There was also only 4 non-smoking floors. However, overall it was still a decent hotel.

The location is perfect for people who love to shop, foods of various price range are within walking distance, great breakfast buffet, highly recommanded, though it is a little too expensive for us.

The rate given was not worth and with surcharge of RM$30 per nite makes it worse. The housekeeping service for basic items like bath towels and bath mat took an hour to provide and the staff was unhappy when they delivered the items. We never troubled them before. Such a disappointment on our first nite of arrival to receive such behaviour when it was no fault of ours.
