Excellent hotel in a great location for shoppaholics. Great value especially with breakfast buffet for two included, although the breakfast area looks a little bit worn and could use some attention.

Fabulous location if you like shopping and being central to everything. Extremely helpful staff, excellent food and room service. Quiet clean rooms in a safe location. Will stay there again - really good value.

The service was excellent and we book with deluxe room but the rooms was fully booked. They gave us executive room without any charge. It was nice and we gald to stay at Royale Bintang and Book with your site

Good location for shopping as well as for those travelling through the Puduraya Bus Terminal. Mixed reception from staff - some friendly, others not so but not unpleasant either. Our room was nice and spacious (for 3 adults). Breakfast spread was wide, but could be boring if you were staying for more than 2 days.

I love to stay Royal Bintang again, the hotel staff are quite professional n helpful, the view from my room to twin towers n meenara KL tower were excellent specially at night, location was on the main Bintang street where u can find 100s of shops for food, shopping, internet, massage, superstore n lot more. 3 major shopping malls, KFC, Pizza hut, n street foods all are at walking distance. Rooms n bathroom are quite nice. MUST recomended for those who visited Malaysia n KL for the first time

The only thing that i disappointed with Royale Bintang is that,their pillow is not comfy.Very thin.The hotel is quite run down,but no problem with that.Very near to BB plaza,Times Square and Pavillion.
