The hotel location is in Bkit Bintang which seems to be the best area in KL or so for shopping. I like the fact that the location is safe till really late in the night! The hotel is kind of nice but i stayed in 2 different rooms there and none of them gave me a good clear view of the Petrona towers in the night which would have been appreciated. The hotel however is clean and is perfectly suited to be called a 4 star!

Royale Bintang is very clean. It is very centralised with so many shopping centres around. You can get all the best food around the hotel. It is a good and convenient pick-up point for some buses back to Singapore.

Quite a bad experience for me for the following reasons: (1) No morning newspapers (2) Internet connection has to be paid (3) No rubber mat in bathtub, causing me to nearly slipped during bathing

Location of the hotel was good. Jus that the air con was not cold at all. Service was good and the staff are friendly. Will come back again ... ;-)

When we reached our designated room, it was not cleaned up by the Housekeeping staff yet, after the previous guest has checked out. This incident did not bother us at all, because for starters, the room was not exactly dirty and messy. A Housekeeping staff, Iin Kartini, was doing her rounds few doors down ours. We raised the situation to her and she immediately cleaned the room for us. It was not her assigned room but she kept apologizing about the matter and was very pleasant and friendly throughout the few minutes that she took to clean up the room. We feel Mdm Iin should be commended for her prompt service and great attitude towards her job.

Location of hotel is good, value for money. We have definitely enjoyed our stay, and have no qualms staying at the Royale Bintang when we return to KL.

location is excellent.. but the room itself seems a little old..
the towels in the room smelt a little funny but housekeeping replaced them promptly upon request

the hotel was perfectly located at the heart of the city ,, very near to malls ,KLC and the Petronas Towers... its a 5minute walk to the bus station also

A basic hotel within its price range that offers the bare necessities that I was looking for: breakfast (quite decent), a pool, a gym, and clean rooms. While the location is accessible to nearby attractions, the view from our room was quite ghastly (no fault of the hotel but . . .), KL is becoming extremely run down and unkept.
