Very good hotel & well priced. Centrally located close to main shops & monorail. Excellent breakfast. Could do with upgarde to cafe/bar and pool areas. Would certainly stay here again.

Housekeeping services were really poor. They were so rude when we asked for several items eg. toothbrush kits, an extra pillow. On the following day, they even refused to give us an extra hand towel, saying that only 2 are allowed per room. They only relented when we told them we paid for three persons. Lousy breakfast selection. Good location though. Airport transfer changes on a daily basis. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

hotel is good. location is in bukit bintang but you still have to walk a bit to get to the malls and the monorail. but the selection for breakfast is very limited.

Carpet is dirty and stained and even on non-smoking floor the smell of cigerette is very strong. The bed has sunken in the middle.

The room was lovely. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The location is great as it is at the end of the major street in the city so you walk out on to the street and you are in the middle of the city - you just start walking up the street and you are instantly experiencing this major part of town. 5 minute walk from mono rail station and also close to light rail station. East walking distance from fabulous restaurant strip (on Jalan Raja Chulan) and to all the shops on Jalan Bukit Bintang.
