The hotel in my opinion requires renovation. Our bathroom was unsatisfactory. The shower base was leaking, there was mould on the grout and the basin would not drain properly. The TV channels were inadequate. The breakfast was very good and the service was always courteous.

THE CARPET FLOOR NEAR THE WASHROOM WAS WET WHEN WE CHECK IN - WE COMPLAIN TO THE HOUSEKEEPER BUT NOTHING WAS DONE TILL WE CHECK OUT. THE AREA THAT WAS WET WAS ABOUT 2 SQ. FT ANYWHERE . IF LEFT LIKE THAT I BELIEVE THAT THE CARPET WILL GET DAMAGE ALSO. ANYWHERE MAYBE THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS IN THE PROCESS OF RECTIFYING IT - HOPINGLY.

My grandchildren loves this hotel very much. They will stay in Royale Bintang and not other hotel because of the swimming pool and the appetising breakfast.

- This is an old hotel , looks like refubrished from old building . There is no lighting at corridors along to room .
- The room is apecially offered for free upgrade to Deluxe room through AWD web . However , the Deluxe room really no difference from standard room .
- The parking bay is very quiet and lack of lighting.
- Night worker everywhere . No suitable for family ! :)

Excellent hotel which is close to all conveniences especially shopping, food and MRT.
Highly recommended place for your next stay. This is my 2nd stay with this lovely hotel. Fully recommended.

Good clean hotel,handy to shopping,modern facilities.Laundry service not so good clothes were torn,compensation was provided arter many discussions.

The "Club" floor and service at Royale Bintang is mediocre at best. Not worth the extra cost. Otherwise, the hotel is good value for money if you want a relatively cheap, well located hotel.
