fantastic suite furnitures beacause we had to upgrade in one of biggest suite
overall charming but need serious refresh of facilities
good service except for resident hotel manager who is not welcoming

Beautiful location and hotel, the room and view of the beach was outstanding, I could not fault the level of service and all staff were intent on making it a truly memorable vacation - which it was.

Location of hotel and view of Nai Harn Bay is fabulous. Very quiet for a relaxing vacation. Too far to go into Patong/Kata area ..very winding road. Staff was very friendly. Rooms a little run down. Great view from room/balcony. Hotel restaurants too expensive. Quarterdeck has good food and nice breakfast buffet. Had a hamburger at La Promenade by the beach and bit into several bites of bone mixed in with the meat...not happy about that. also - nice gesture by hotel to provide a welcome bottle of wine and a fruit basket in the room upon arrival. the fruit was good. the wine was absolutely awful.

Fantastic location with privacy right on the beach. Proffesional staaf and very good food. We will be back to this nice hotel. We just loved it.

One of the best hotels in Phuket, we went there for a romantic getaway and found it to be perfect for us.

I am travelling around the world quite a lot, but this hotel is just breath taking. the Location is excellent, the room with seaview is perfect and most of all, the beach is a dream. The water is warm and clear and the staff is so nice, especially to children. the food is reasonable and very good. If you want to have some timeout, this is the ideal location. I will be back next year.

when the hotel was under the meridien banner guests were treated as family members and nothing was to much trouble.the staff that remained from the meridien days were excellent and very attentive which did not seem to be the case for the more recent recruits. on the whole the experience was still very good
