The Lobby look a bit old but the rooms are nice n clean if you stay at royal wing. Hotel area a bit noisy because next to the gay bar.. The pools are nice n clean.. Breadfast just normal..so far everything is fine for me... We enjoy it.. Thanks Asia Web Direct..

the check in was slightly messy because the system was not updated but the staff were extremely apologetic n pleasant and offered to upgrade our room. kudos to that!

the room was in bad condition> the furniture worn out. the accoustic very bad. Whatever "happened" in the bathroom next to ours was heard as if it was in our room.

If you are coming from Malaysia or Singapore, you would have expected much better service for such a highly rated hotel. On my birthday, i ordered a cake to be delivered at midnight and the service was bad. Moreover it is difficult to communicate with the hotel staff properly even in english. My room in the paradise wing had faulty tap sewage. So the sink cover had to be taken out and it never got fixed during my entire stay. Usage for safe box is charged if you would like to store your valuables in your room. But ABF at the hotel was good. Good location. Free shutle to beach. Good view for sunset. Otherwise a very average hotel. Not something that lived up to my 4* hotel expectations.

Very good hotel for the price; just the bathroom was very old. We was with a child of 1 year and he was very welcome.

morning staff were soo helpful but one of night staff was treating guests like bad thing and be prepared to be charged for every thing.
