The hotel is very centrally located. The facilities are top quality. Only the breakfast services needs to be upgraded to match with the rest of the hotel facilities. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, Ritz Carlton was a pretty good experience. Nice hotel, everything was quite up to expectations. The staffs are very friendly, however not very efficient. But overall, if i were to go back to KL again, I would most probably be going back to Ritz Carlton again. The location wise is not that ideal unless you are a shopperholic.

This is a good quality hotel with good amenities. Staff was very courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
