the hotel staffs are wonderful. but the rooms are a little bit dirty and they should probably equipped the room with more facilities such as kettle and a hairdryer. there are hardly any nice programs on tv. they should have more english programs or at least provide subtitles

Staffs are very polite, services is fast, no doubt our bathroom heater did not work the 2nd day but offer another room changed in a short while even the hotel rooms are all fully booked. Breakfast variety not much but its delicious. I will choose this hotel again on my next trip & do hope by than the renovation is fully done. Will definetly recommend my friends & relative to choose this hotel when they travel to Bangkok.

This hotel is in a very strategic location for shopping as it is at the center of Siam Center, MBK, Pratunam Complex, Central and Pantip. The hotel rooms need some renovation. The price is perfect.

I certainly did not expect so much renovation going on. The family suite is spacious, but ants and roaches infested the toilet and the whole room was really dusty. The stove was not working and I requested for it to be fixed 3 times but still no one turned up to fix it. The different air-cons in the bedrooms and living room is either too warm or too cold. My room was rather warm, and I had some difficulty sleeping. To make things worse, the noise from the neighbouring room can be heard quite loudly. Also, the water from the shower is barely warm. Hot water has to be collected from the cafe. As for service wise, they fail miserably apart from welcoming you at the counter. Good thing is, no need to place any deposit for the room.

We requested an extra bed for our kids but the hotel was unable to provide one. Only after we talked to representative from Asia Web Direct, we were given another room with the extra bed. Overall, the hotel is value for money. It would be great if they have water kettle in the room.
