Location is good but TV is not functioning well, especially now is Olympic season so TV is important! Lobby look good but the room is not compatible with the lobby. overall, not bad though cause the service is good.

1)Centralise location with easy access to all major shopping areas.
2)Within walking distance to BTS make traveling easy & fast.
3)Value for money in the prime location with friendly & helpful staffs.
4)Will definately come back again in future.
5)Strongly recommended if you are looking for a budget hotel with great location

Very convenient location. All major shopping areas, BTS and convenient stores are of walking distance. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms were a little worn out, but they maintain cleanliness (no bed bugs, clean towels, amenities, etc). Excellent services for a 2star hotel, much better than I expected. Would definitely come back again.

see location maybe good, and also the price is the budget for me. but after i stay in the same price of the other hotel, here is really bad and worst than the one I stay here b4 3 days. furniture is really old and the carpet i felt not comfortable. and when i look outside from the window, surrounded is very dirty. and the first image for the outside hotel also feel not good. anywhere i will never stay here again unless no choice. thank you....

This is first time i am stay in The Residence Rajtaevee recommended by my best friends. We will travel to Bangkok every single year. Asia Hotel is our regular stay in pass 7 years, but now we have shift to The Residence Rajtaevee for our 1st choice. because very convenience to any places,like Siam Paragon,MBK ,Discovery center. I sure come back!!

the hotel staffs are wonderful. but the rooms are a little bit dirty and they should probably equipped the room with more facilities such as kettle and a hairdryer. there are hardly any nice programs on tv. they should have more english programs or at least provide subtitles
