Water cannot be used for drinking, very dirty.
I would advise visitors, especially with small children, to be prepared with bottles of mineral water.
Our room door was not very sturdy, its one of a few still using keys instead of card. We also encountered a minor inconvenience whereby our closet light was not working.
Very inconvenient for non-drivers, no transport to go anywhere, Thus you'll have to depend on hotel tour packages to go to the places of interest and its over-charged.

An ideal resort to just unwind & relax. Not much of activities other than the fantastic waves at the beach & having fun in the pool. Nearby restaurants & eateries are of less choices. But two thumbs up for the friendly & helpful staff upon our arrival (the bellboy & the frontdesk staff). Management should consider offer more activities for family pack (eg. arcade, bowling, boardgame)

Lower your expectations if you want to stay in this hotel. At best a 2-star hotel. The saving grace is the beautiful beach and clean sea. My kids really enjoyed the calm waters (Sep 08). The swimming pool and food was satisfactory though. The showers were fine.

Good place for family with kids. Just enjoy the Sun Sea and Sand or lazy around by the pool. Majority of the occupants are Singaporean, knowing Singaporean Food is very important. The Hotel might considering arranging transport to ferry hotel guests to and from Makan places; especially seafood. And lastly the Spa was good and most imporatnly the prices are reasonable. A much better alternative for family who wishes to spend holiday in Bintan. I went in September,the Sea was calm and the water very clear.

Nice place for family fun. To travel outside where the nearest is Bandar Penawar, not so much great things there.

The Poolside room size was good for three persons. The room had three single beds
(not two single plus one foldable). But bathroom was rather rundown. Balcony sliding
door could not be locked.

The hotel was in excellent condition and the room is very spacious.
And my friends and i enjoyed our stay. Thumb Up!
