One we oepn the partment, a kind of unpleasant smell, the pillows, bedsheet covers and bed sheets also have one kind of unpleasant smell, the master bathroom water did not flow smoothly, always a pool of water after bath. Overall it is stiil "Okay" I think.

The rooms quite big but the cleaness not so well done. A bit inconvenience for unavainable of cooking facilities (need to bring own).

The staff was unfriendly and one of the toilets in our apartment was under renovation. The quality of the breakfast was below average and the food served in the restaurant was simply bad
On the bright side, the price is extremely competitive and the panaromic view from the room is awesome. Great for familes who are on budget and just need a nice clean room to squeeze.

For budget travellers, this hotel is fair enough. But for family package to enjoy, the overall conditions are dissatisfied. This hotel is not well-maintained.

This hotel is badly in need of renovation or at least a fresh coat of paint. The restaurant needs a complete make over. It looks like the table cloths have never been washed with past food stains all over them, it is a bit off putting for diners. The glass panels and windows have hand prints all over them and are in need of a good scrub. They need to hire a cleaning brigade to give the place a once over daily.

Overall is okay.
The receptionist is good.
However, the breakfast provided has less choices of food.
There is no proper tv channel provided for our apartment (no 8TV & Astro).
Also, the fridge is not cold.
