Contraly to what are being advertised, there was nothing in the fridge and no iron & board in the room. The phone, this is a classic one, was not hook up cos there is no phone cable! I still got the photo. The ceiling at the stair well has got hole and it is left like that,I think, for a long time. The hotel management better do something or else this once fine hotel could slip into a sorry state.

Everything about the hotel is 99% satisfied only the room looks (ID) little bit old but the size is perfect for two adult and two kids.

Expect to pay 5 star price for a 3 star experience.
No implementation of hygiene rule at pools-persons in t shirts,sarongs,even fully clothed.
No remote control for tv even though very few channels available.
Extremely slow service- newpapers not delivered even at 930am.
Towels in room were old, worn, rough and only 2 allowed per room.No face rowels,etc.Bathtub extremely dirty-only fit for shower,cannot use for a bath.
Restaurant lacking choice in menu, setting and tables reminescent of school cafeteria.
Sports equipment e.g. bow and arrow poor quality but charged premium price
Felt like I was staying in a budget hotel.
Sorry but the truth hurts.

Air conditioner humming and noisy. Facilities in room very bad. Not welcome customer in. First time enter the room smell very bad (like dust) when on air conditioner.

Rooms require maintainance especially the bathrooms which are in dire need of renovation. Water in the bathroom taps is not recommended for drinking. The sink was stained and looked unhygenic. The shower in the bath-tub caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor despite covering every open area with the shower curtain. The air-cond vents in the room dripped with condensation water although the room doors were kept shut. The air-cond compressor was noisy and ejected hot air onto the balcony sitting area thereby making it impossible to sit at the balcony. The rooms & surrounding areas had mosquitos. The beach front is underutilised and could do with shaded garzebos, recliner chairs and bar services at the beach. Buffet breakfast has little choice and repetitious spread every alternate day. Swimming pool could be cleaner and the toilets at the pool area needed regular cleaning. The floors had mud and the toilet was smelly. Overall not recommended at this price.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The food was also delectable and the staff friendly. However, there is room for improvement on the cleaniness of the beach. Litter can be seen and felt at times.

Room is quite spacious, nice and big pool for family but breakfast served was not so good as no variety of food.Should improve on this!!

The room condition is not very good. There was stench in the room, the bathroom looks very dirty and furnitures are not kept in good condition.
