Room service need more affective when the guest need a services. For examples : I have to wait 3-4 hrs just for 2 pcs of bath towel..realy2 upset...

I only hope your management can be approve service at receiption when the people arrv in your hotel, not wait a long time for check in.

We actually moved from our room on the 19th to a room as a time-share for the week. The RESTAURANT is superb, the staff at the restaurant is superb. The entire rest of the staff is so-so. the room NEVER had the right number of towels, toilet paper. Mould in the ac vent that was black on the outside of the vent. The greeting staff was great. The housekeeping and concierge service was awful. It took 3-4 phone calls per item when needed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideal location as it next to the shopping mall and also within walking distance of the LRT.

There are a lot baby cockroaches in the toilet. Water is yellowish. Pillow smells. Staff is frendly. Breakfast buffet do have a lot of choices. But the half boiled egg is basically raw and uncooked. Lighting is too dark for the buffet restaurant.

The only problem is the lift? We need to change the lift before we can get to ground floor and sometimes it is too crowded.
