The room is quite large, but spartan, bathroom on the other hand very tiny and shower is claustrophobic. No tissues, only a bar of soap, shampoo and shower cap, very miserly. No wifi, out of daste with time, especially since it is touted to be a business hotel.

Very efficient service on arrival and departure. Large and clean room at reasonable price, good locaion for access to airport. Lack of restaurant or room service facilities if checking in late at night.

I like the price.
I wish they concern more about the inside look, since they got all the piping stripped / exposed which you can see it clearly when you walk along the hall. For a "suites" everything is big but the bathroom. I wish the bathroom is bigger or they can reduce the size of the kitchenette area it will make the bathroom look nicer even, and if possible connect it to the main room.

very comfortable 2 Bedroom suite, much space, cooking area + working area good, free High Speed Internet inside room, , for shopping area (Queensbay Mall) better to take a taxi, but good restaurants near by, best value for Money !

I was looking for a location away from the busy town and found Krystal suite. The rooms are great and there are some great places to dine as well especially along pantai jerjak.

I wish they had told us that they charge extra for towels (and pillows) so we could have brought our own. There were 3 adults and 3 kids, and we only were given 4 towels. Additional ones were chargable and not complimentary like other hotels:(

The check-in was very fast and the service was good. The price is very competitive and affordable. Will be back again on my business trip to penang.

very good hotel, clean and very good location. Only let downs were the noise of the traffic, and the airconditioning did not cool the bedroom down to the reqired temperature. staff all very nice and friendly.
