Unfortunately, the whole unit i was give was full of foul smoky smell. Air freshener sprayed by the housekeeping made it worse. Network facility appeared to be unsafe.

The hotel was worth it with regards to the size. But checking in was slow, there was only 2 sets of toiletries for a 2 bed room suite. There was no dryer, the air-con is slow to cool, the carpet is terribly dirty, the pillow too flat.

Overall is good, quite clean, but room w/o hair dryer, iron, & utensile oily.

The rooms are clean as the hotel is quite new. Facilities in the appartment is acceptable. Its value for money. However carparking facilities could be improved as it is not handicapped or aged person freindly. The access from the carpark to the hotel lift is not so direct and requires some walking. Anyone from the carpark area can easily access directly to the hotel floors since there is no security at the lifts or at the hotel floors with the exception of CCTV monitoring. While nothing untowards has happened so far, this aspect of the hotel security should be tightened.

Rooms and facilities are adequate. Security within the premises needs upgrading. Lighting in the parking are dim and without security and does not feel safe. Ability for anyone to access to all floors from the parking area using the common lift.

Is good. But feel a bit disappointed, as i thought that the kitchen facility is equip with stove for cooking, but just only with a micro oven. Other than this, everything is satisfy.

suitable for family vacation. the room is huge and homey.
