External appearance very good; facilities - swimming pools, gardens, restaurants - good.
The rooms are small, condition not good - walls dirty/half painted/mould on walls
Bathroom condition - not good.
Staff very accommodating - we inspected 3 rooms - realise all of them are more or less the same.
