Generally the hotel was fine, friendly, and cleanly. Bathroom shower of the deluxe bungalow we stayed in was below expectations. Also, after asking the reception to book bus tickets to Bangkok they put us on a scam bus that ended up wasting an entire day and night - perhaps counting on us not knowing what to expect from a VIP bus - that played inappropriate movies for much of the way back. Definitely a poor ending to an otherwise relaxing stay on the beach.

Hotel location is perfect for a relaxing beach front holiday. Staff are warm and friendly, they are happy to help out in any way.

our beds were not the best (two old weak beds)
rezeption personal not very friendly other staff ok.

This resort is run down and shabby, staff were not helpful when advised of problems. Bar / Restaurant staff did not smile and were not efficient.
