There was no service at all; the hotel was not very user friendly. The non-availablabity of car-park should be informed well in advance. It should be mention during the booking, otherwise we felt being cheated.

when I and my family entered the hotel, the place is like past time and the lift also. I felt like going back there!

Okay if you want somewhere cheap and for a very short stay. clean towels clean sheets but old and very tired. Shame as building nice but you get what you pay for.

i saw this hotel info in kl hotel website and i think it was 3 star hotel.but when i step in, the standard of hotel will be way behind other budjet hotel.if i know earlier i may not book it.because i had stayed before many of budjet hotel in kl and the standard of hotel will be very much better than heriatge.heritage must maintain the hotel like telephone facility in rooms, clean floor mats, wooden smell rooms,clean bed covers and etc.

Classic old style hotel. A bit run-down but still pleasant to stay, and worth it if you like to stay in a heritage hotel. Close to the city and easy to get around.

Excellent family hotel with budget prices. Clean and affordable with excellent location close to many landmarks and shopping centers. Highly reccomended.
