love the old grandure of the place needs a little work. TV was basic, not much in english. felt a little isolated at night.

no hot water and the bed not comfortable, my husband and i almost no sleep
the restaurant was not open when dinner
but there is a really good location

Heritage Station is a typical hotel and it should must have a great atmosphere, but conditions are bad and the hotel is not tokk care from the staff. I advise a complete internal and external renovation and a best care about rooms and linen cleanliness.

There was no service at all; the hotel was not very user friendly. The non-availablabity of car-park should be informed well in advance. It should be mention during the booking, otherwise we felt being cheated.

when I and my family entered the hotel, the place is like past time and the lift also. I felt like going back there!
