we had the huge swimming pool almost for ourselves. Nice room with a good view over the Ratchadapisek area.

Booked on the 17/04/08 for a Superior room requested for a large bed and check-in on 24/04/08 and was given a room with a twin bed,Dodgy lights,safe,remote control and Two Box Of Tissue with a Decorate Tissue Cover With Only A Piece Of Tissue Paper In It.

Staff dosen`t speak any english!
Wrong order twice at the beginning of the cruise,so we refuse to go down to eat,we were ordering room service.
Gym conditions:really bad.Most of the cardio machines are not functioning and the machines in the gym are very old.
Staff from the gym are not giving instructions regarding sauna,which was switched off most of the time,but not telling or not moving to switch it on when i asked about a tbig owel for sauna.Desapointed!!!!!!!They should be a little more active.
Very helpfull the guys from concierge.

Despite a spectacular lobby, the hotel is old and in need of renovation. The rooms were a good size, but even at the discount price, there are other three-start hotels nearby that are comparable and cheaper.

I stayed in this hotel for a change as i usually stay in Sukhumvit or Silon Areas.
The area is mainly Thai and is well served by the Metro, stations are quite close.
Their is a small market nearby and outdoor Thai eating, drinking and music provided at prices more reasonalble than tourist areas.
The special rates at hotel were very good.
Orientation of pool relative to sun was very poor during my stay.
Would definately stay again as I now am well orientated.
