excellent location to try out all that lankgawi has to offer, make sure you get a room with the tropical shower, its fa better than the standard ones.

The hotel has good location, helpful and friendly staff. The room that I got, a superior room is very spacious. Only complaint I have is that the room I got is at the very end. Try to get a room next time nearer to the lobby. Because when it rains, it is a long way to walk to get out of the hotel.

nice hotel located on beach front.seaview villas only 50 metres from beach.great view.
has an outdoor shower which is different from any hotel we have stayed at.
breakfast is like anywhere else. pool area is well set out with two spas. taxis just out the front. hotel is a long way from main shopping/eating area. we rented a car for A$20 per day inc fuel.great way to get around.

The hotel has good location as many restaurants and shops were within walking disatance. Provide good breakfast and the stay was very pleasant.

rooms require higher maintenance (scratches on doors, walls need repainting etc.)
garden need "green" improvement
foothpaths in cement brick are horrible
generally renovations and improvements are required
