The location of the hotel was excellent. However, the hotel facilities begs to differ. The room safe require servicing by the technician when we arrived. In additional, the carpet floor was stained. We also had to endure a faulty bed lamp which cannot be switched on, a toilet which we had problems flushing, and the pinhole on the door which can practically be removed to see almost everything in the hotel room. Would rate it more of a 3.5-star instead of 4-star hotel.

The promised bed was a queen sized, but upon arrival i had two super single beds. I was very disappointed and my boyfriend and i had to resort to putting the matresses on the floor to be able to sleep together. The hotel claimed they had no other available rooms. I had however called and emailed to make sure that i would receive a queen sized bed. The room was clean and alright, although we got a room with no view. The powerpoint for the fridge was not working and we had to switch it with our TV plug to ensure that our fridge was working. Overall, quite a disappointing stay but it has a great location, in the heart of all the wonderful places in KL.

Location very good if you like shopping! Very convenient to walk to Train station also.. 4/5 stars!

the hotel is ranked in your website as a 4 star hotel while i think it should be ranked among the 3 star category

Decor is a bit tired. If you are driving make sure you drop your luggage off first as it has no attached car park and shares one under a shopping mall. Hence a long walk back to the hotel with your luggage. The rooms are small. TV channels are limited.

in the heart of the city. small shops are open untill 3:00 am. hotel stafs are in front desk are very very lousy in service.

reasonable price and convenient location. Very noisy music next block can be very irritating in late nite.

There was no kettle at our room. When my wife ask the service room to send one, it takes too long to get it. Further the toilet was not properly clean, we have to call the cleaner.

The problems is the room :
- to much aircond
- no internet
- not possible to make IDD call
- no swich for my laptop

I got sick from the pillows having mold on them from them not being dried properly.
