The hotel is located in two different locations (corner + main wing). We stayed in the cornerwing. There is no pool in the wing, which means that you have to go outside the hotel to get to the other wing.
Rooms are ok, great bathrooms with huge tub. The rooms are otherwise a bit old i.e. old carpet, minibar and tv (no flat screen).
The hotel is a long walk from the skytrain. The hotel have a tuktuk service to the station, but this has to be booked in advance and is only a set times and no very often.

the hotel is charging a very high fee for internet access, which is slow and the connection often drops. for this reason alone i will unlikely use the hotel for any stays beyond one night when i would need to use internet.

Service was very bad, staff were very pushing, rude and quite unhelpful. Avoid booking taxis via the hotel as they are overpriced and often friends of the door men

overall a good experience. the negative point is when we paid the bill. the hotel was unable to separate items between myself and my friedn who was traveling with me. thye were also unable to give us the exact amount for each spa treatment we had. this is disappointing considering the class of hotel it is.
