The location is good. Easy accessable to shopping areas, night spots and good food. Hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. We definately choose The Coronade Hotel when we travel there in groups for games or just family.

staff were not that friendly, was not told that the hotel was under going referbishment, was waken up at 7 o clock every morning with the sound of drilling

Great location, reasonable priced. Plumbing noise can be improved through the paper thin walls. Shower is old and deteriorating and new tiles used to cover up the problem however it is coming through and tiles coming undone due to it. Better than my last visit 9 years ago, slowly getting better lots more work to be done. Service can be improved with the porter section as my bag was left unattended in the porterage section next to the main door and anyone could have pinched it .... I took it bag and no one even noticed!
For the location and cost, yes worth the stay especially if you are going to be out all day shopping.

We realised that the tap water is yellow in colour, another word is unclean/unsafe to drink.

Great Location!Just step out and start to shop.But room itself need to renovate. It is old and floor not clean(. Service is fine.

The hotel shows its age and needs maintenance. The staff may not be very kind when they have to face complaints; in two occasions their first response was negative and only after my insistence they checked and rectified the mistakes. Breakfast was the worst I had in Kuala Lumpur (comparison between 5 different hotels on the same area and price range).

Great location and a good deal on the hotel, breakfast was good. The rooms were too cold though and there was no way of turning down the A/C in the room. The hotel pool was also freezing and unbearable to swim in.

the toilets drainage in room 1513 is bad, always wet no flows back to the hole after i shower. delayed phone pick up when i try to ring. the gym equipment ie. treadmill is not satisfying. others excellent.
