I got a "stranger"answer from the front desk when I asked the room key for my son collections/souvenir . She tell me that the hotel will recycle it and use for the next guest. I can understood and accepted the explanation, but the other guy said that I can make a collection for the key cover ( envelope ) but not the key
Do you think how many people have a collection of the key cover as a souvenir and how many people have a collection of room key ?
His comment is looks very stupid for me and in a few second change my impression about the hotel
Hope that the people working in front desk is really a professional one

It would have been better if the online booking has stated that breakfast was not included in the package instead of showing only after booking was made. That did not give us any flexibility of including or cancelling the booking.

For the same price you can get a better room, they can improve the condition of the room - e.g. might need to change the carpet. But the location of this hotel is very handy.
