Beautiful Luxurious hotel with a gorgeous private beach.
Relaxing and accommodating. Staff were amazing and very friendly and professional.
Breakfast was divine!

My husband and I, and our two friends, just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the Chedi. This hotel defines class and I am stunned that some of the reviews are other than stellar. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile, cold cloth for our hands, and some tea to drink, which was much appreciated after our 20-hour flight from L.A. including a 6-hour layover in Kuala Lumpur. The check-in process was painless. We were immediately shown to our room and each detail was clearly explained. BTW…their breakfast is wonderful and includes a wide variety of breakfast foods.

Very dissapointting. Have stayed in Phuket 3 times in four years and knew of the Chedi. Service quite ordinary for 5 star acc., 1 bed deluxe villa was tiny and in general the facilities looked somewhat dated. Twice overcharged on room charges. Had a minor issue with changing credit cards for payment on check-out and after minor conflictt with receptionist, we left without a single member of staff bidding us a farewell. Not what I would call five star, saw no real hotel management present during our stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. Although some people say it is looking a bit tired, i would not allow this to put you off, the hotel really was superb!

Staff is great. Much attention to detail and hospitality. Very nice at getting to know and interact w/ the guests. They were great w/ our two toddlers who traveled there with us. We had a few problems initially w/ our room, but they were fast and responsive. Thanks for that.
