a very nice new hotel. calm and relaxing environment. nice beach only no bedchairs on the beach.Good breakfast and good service

Shower mixer was difficult to use. Water runs very hot, then very cold. Impossible to get right mix of warm water for shower.

The location is good, situated next to the beach. There is a nice and large pool area, although not very clean pool. Breakfast was very nice. Terraces of ground floor rooms are nice with furnitures and umbrellas.
Negative aspects:
* fish/water lily ponds all over the garden are filthy and smell bad
* way too ambitious restaurant with overpriced food and no guests. the restaurant/bar does not have ice-lollies or fruitshakes or anything convinient for families
* no information in the room about the facilities what so ever, not even which number to dial for reception
Overall - value for money (introduction rates) but not more. Keep away from the restaurant, room service and laundry service!

Very nice hotel just by the beach with nice rooms and location. The only bad thing for me was the very firm bed.

Excellent staff providing great service to their guests. This is a new hotel with a lot of potential. We will definitely contact them again next time we go to Thailand!

Nice and cozy hotel, but buffet breakfast poor (too less varity on a hotel in this class) service (only breakfast) could be much better.

The hotel is new and on the right track with a few things to get better. The rooms were nicely decorated but too many mosquitoes. The patio doors were not sealed properly and when asked for a solution, it took sometime to come up with getting the electronic repellent gadget for the room (but done quickly after that). I think that the hotel is worth the special offer price that was offered but not full price. The beach and location is great and private (on the quiet end of the beach).
