the hotel is best situated, the beachfront is beautiful, the rooms are very good, specially in the upper floor; breakfast buffet is also very good; the room service is not always the best and we had to claim some times; the personal is friendly; perfect for a relaxing stay with private atmosphere!

Very dissapointed, hotel very overpriced, awful breakfasts, not clean (sewer running along our room like a stream), service very poor, landscape very dirty, lots of rubbish in black bin bags - having travelled around the world this hotel should have 5* we stayed an extra day and booked into the Amari which is only a 4* this hotel was far superior to ours, fantastic breakfast, clean and friendly service all round.

Great looking Hotel and very friendly staff who work extremly hard, but the service standards especially in the room service department need alot of work. Over our stay we used room service 6 times and not once was our order correct or on time. One night we waited 2 hours for 2 serves of fish and chips!!
Everday at least once we would have to call and request somthing that should have already been done as part of a daily room clean. Daily fruit basket arrived early evening if at all and the rose bath that was promised upon arrival did not happen. These small things plus others on a daily basis can really spoil a stay.
