Room is very big and very nise, but only the one restaurant available in the hotel and open till 22:30... Also the room service available only till 22:30.
The flowers in the room only on arrival!?

The resort was beautiful and the staff very friendly. The pool area was not all that big but we chose to go to the beach every day which was down a steep hill. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety. One problem we did have is the place is like a maize and very easy to get lost trying to find your room. Also there was little information on where and what facilities were available. Free internet in the cafe was extremely useful.

I belive the Hotel have the potential to go from a 4 to a 5 star by: Bigger breakfast buffé, small things for the rooms. like products in the bathroom, etc etc.

You need to rent a motorbike to go around
No light in the swimming pool at night

This is the most wonderful, beautyful and friendly hotel we have ever stayed at! We hade just booked 3 nights, and changed hotel after that, but we went back 1 week later and stayed for 1 week more!! We will come back!! We love it.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Steep walk from Kata Beach, but good excercise. There were renovations going on, and the only interruption we had was to the phone line. Very large room with a beautiful pool. The section we were staying in had its own pool area.

The rooms are nice and large. However the level of service is average at best and below average most of the time. The walk to the beach is muddy and not so easy or pleasent. Given its location, a car or motorcycle is recommended if planning eat and party outside of the hotel. Overall not bad, but would likely try a different place next time. I really did not need the hotel facilities so a condo rental would have been cheaper and easier.
