Everything is excellent. Extremely friendly staff, we got an upgrade of our deluxe room to a junior suite free of charge. Excellent breakfast. Very good cook!

Bad impression, will not reccommend to anyone. Even a back-packers lodge offer better customer service. Mosquito infested place, stay at your own peril.

This hotel was glorious! The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The bathroom and shower were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was incredible. The buffet breakfast was also amazing with six cereal options, a wide variety of pastries, meats, fruits, and made-to-order main dishes (omelettes, eggs, waffles, etc.). Everyone was so nice. Oh - and there was free internet! What a great place!

Excellent location on great beach (Kata). Good sized room. Large bathroom. Good amenities. Service was excellent, with the one exception that the laundry service was slow (2 days). Excellent value for the price. I will go back.
