We were slightly apprehensive of what we were coming to and were totally delighted with our choice. The staff were unfailingly helpful and charming and certainly went out of their way to assist is with any requests

This grand hotel with marble floors, artifacts and acres of tropical gardens is a quiet location across the road from the beach with the ocean visible through the palm trees, from a spacious balcony equipped with a sunlounger and deck chair. Good breakfast buffet but other meals and drinks in the hotel are expensive. Suitable for people wanting a relaxing holiday.

your breakfast make us diarrhear especially i think from fresh vegetable because it have flies on it ,please take care and careful about your cleaning food, others it OK for customers.

When I arrived, the service was excellent but still I had a feeling of "second-best" attitude from the reception personel, maby because I booked by using late stays promotion rates than paying full price. During my stay, I tried to get another room than the one I had on the ground floor, but nothing happend. I ask myself if the reason to that was that I had used late stays promotion prices.

Beautiful setting, fabulous building like something out of James Bond movie (Sean Connery era) bit crumbly in parts - rooms could do with renovating but service friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again. Endless pools a treat.
