A nice place to stay. Was disappointed though with the bathroom. The hot water facility was not available even after informing the hotel abt it. Had a small child so hot water was an essential.

It was a Very nice hotel. Was away from the main beach, but was a short cab ride there. I would definitely reccomend this to other travelers.

Staff much less friendly than at other Phuket hotels. Needed hotel for 1 night ahead of a flight. Some staff (eg Concierge) actually rude. Very un-like most in Thailand. Hotel in beautiful beach side location. Selected from Patong screen but really a TB300 each way cab ride into town. Hotel is in Karon & not Patong.

Very nice hotel, staff was friendly. Very quite area. About 8 minute drive to Patong Beach area. Rent a 24 hour scooter, it will save money on taxis. When we asked the hotel to call us a taxi, the off duty staff, or there friends would be waiting around the corner, to charge very high prices for a ride. It is secluded, so you wont be able to wave one down.

The hotel was great, all of the services were great. I would definately stay here again! There were only 2 problems that I could find and they are a reach. One I think there should be screens put on the balcony doors so that you could leave them open and hear the ocean without all the bugs coming in. And two, the hours of the pool should be later. The pool closes at 7pm and sometimes you just want to take a late night dip. Since there are not lifeguards on hand all day anyway, as far as I could see anyhow, I dont see why it should matter. But all in all the best hotel I have ever stayed at!!!

Rooms need to be updated. Prices for food and drinks were way too high. There needed to be a bus going into town every hour and return trips should be available

The only reason i chose this hotel though it was out of the Patong area was because they said free shuttle service, however there was a catch to it. Though the website says they offer free shuttle, it is only at 10.30am and 3.00pm (one way only). A taxi to Patong Beach costs 300THB one way, i.e. 100THB a kilometer. They do not allow you to rent TukTuks from inside and for some strange reason, all the Tuktuks who came to drop other guests refused to be hired from inside. If you go out on the road it is a deserted highway, so you are left with no option but take the taxi (who have also demanded 500 THB one way). We were a family of 6 so we had to take two taxis each way which cost us an additional 1200THB a day for one visit to Patong area which they say is 3Km away., if you add that to the hotel cost, i could have as well stayed in the Patong area and have the freedom to go out whenever i wanted to. Also there was no hot water in the room and even after two days of complaining, it was not fixed. Once you are in the hotel it is a nice place, nice swimming pool, close to the beach, but it is too out of town and not even a small shop to buy anything near by. Breakfast was okay, except a lot of flies sitting on the cut fruit. I asked to meet the GM, but for whatever reason, that did not happen. I would not stay there again.

hotel room was spacious however i booked an ocean view and was given a room on floor 3 which only afforded gilimses of the ocean....The service was adequate however was a taxi ride from patong beach.,,I would have prefered a location closer as he shuttle bus only runs twice a day

The hotel was generally very good. Good value for the money. Our departure was marred, however, by our unceremonious treatment at the hands of the management. Even though our flight was leaving at 9 PM the day we checked out, the management refused to let us stay in the room a second longer than 12 noon (official checkout time). They also called us at 10 minutes to noon to ask if we were ready to leave - rather unpleasant treatment at the end of an otherwise lovely stay.
