Recent stayed in Aug, Room 301. Room wasnt totally clean !! The bed headboard was full of dust as were all if not most of the light fittings. The little rattan glass table by the window was also dusty. Got a bath mat on the first day but not the second day causing the bathroom to be rather wet as you had to step out from cubicle. The right closet door scrapes against the sprinkler in the ceiling directly above...rather dangerous since it may cause the sprinkler to go off if too much force is accidentally applied on the closet door. Too many guests not wearing proper swimming attire in the pool !!! Pants, collared t-shirts and also a mixture of other clothing worn but all similarly allowed into the pool as those with proper attire....totally unhygenic !! Must enforce proper swimming attire rules and regulations. Hotel is conveniently located and undergoing refurbishment. Lobby is great now, looking very new and comtemporary. Coffee House is now sealed off and partly air conditioned. Good idea and very nicely done. I understand that the rooms will be done next in December. Will return to take a look provided the cleanliness levels improve. There should not be a compromise when it comes to cleanliness, irrespective of the room rate.

This hotel used to be a clean and cosy casual beach hotel with a great location as it is near the town and the beach. While the location is still good, the beach is now dirty (rubbish everywhere) and poorly maintained. The rooms are ok but overall cleanliness needs to be improved. Parking is a problem especially if it rains (open air dirt field next door).

This hotel is value for money. The location is slightly off from the town center but is quite accessible if you have your own transportation. You definitely need to drive out for food.

we stayed for 2 weeks, hotel very clean, staff helpful and friendly. the swimming pool good size, ideal for families as lots of things for kids to do. the gym needs new equipment. the menu could do with more variety, the new restaurant will be very good for the hotel.

They did not even have my booking in the system. The receptionist have to go inside the office to ask them to check.When I check out, they wanted to charge me the full rate of RM128.00 when actually I have paid 10% deposit through your website. When I told the receptionist, she have to go and check with the office again.I feel that they have a very lousy system and the staff are not efficient. Luckily, they are not fully booked, if not how am I going to get a room when they do not even have my reservation in the system.
