The hotel staff are extremely friendly. They love serving us and made us feel so welcomed staying at their hotel. When we were faced with some airport questions, they took the trouble to find out the answer for us. That was an extremely cust. service

Tamarind Village is a great location to start your holiday in Changmai. The setting is perfect and restaurant we can really recommend for a romatic diner at the swimmingpool. Menu is really nice.

There are considerable improvements have been made in the hotel since my last stay a few years ago, especially the restaurant and the bathroom.
However things to improve:
1. door to bathroom was better before the renovation. Its now a saloon style ( half size swing doors) which doesn't really close properly and give less privacy.
2. The room balcony and the sofa was never cleaned during my entire stay.
3. Bottle design used for shampoo and bath soap makes it difficult to pour out the content. I think the bar soap is mush better choice for soap.
4. Instead of adding the spa with over priced treatments, the hotel should consider adding a small exercise room instead.
I also would like to compliment the staff who are mostly very friendly , especially Khun Kai at the front desk.
I certainly would like to come back and stay at the Tamarind Village in near future.
